What artwork format do I need to provide for printing?

We require artwork in AI, or high-resolution PDF format with all fonts outlined. This ensures accurate printing and avoids any design issues during production.

We do not provide full design services. Clients are required to submit ready artwork, but we can assist with minor adjustments such as resizing or layout alignment.

Yes, a digital mockup will be provided for approval before production starts. Production will only proceed after confirmation to ensure everything is correct.

Production usually takes 7– working days for ready stock items after artwork approval and deposit payment. Lead time may vary depending on order quantity and product type.

Yes, urgent orders can be arranged depending on stock availability and production schedule. Additional charges may apply for rush orders.

A 60% deposit is required upon order confirmation, with the remaining balance to be paid before delivery or collection.

We accept online bank transfer and Purchase Order (PO), subject to management approval.

All confirmed and produced orders are non-refundable. Cancellation is not allowed once production has started, as items are custom-made.
